One machine has multiple functions, which can take into account the functions of tapping, chamfering and screwing. The servo motor has a torque protection function, the tap chuck has a torque overload protection function, and the double torque protection can protect the tap more effectively. Three tapping modes to meet different processing requirements, manual mode, automatic mode, deep hole machining mode.
Manual mode: Hold the handle of the tapping machine by hand, press down to align with the hole position of the workpiece, activate the tapping button switch on the top of the handle with a little pressure, until the tap taps into the desired depth, and then press the button on the top of the handle to withdraw the thread. Until the tap completely withdraws from the workpiece (Note: After the depth is set in manual tapping mode, the tap will also be limited by the depth).
Automatic mode: Click the depth setting to set the required depth for tapping, and click to switch from manual mode to automatic mode. Hold the handle of the tapping machine with your hand, press down to align with the hole position of the workpiece, activate the tapping button switch above the handle with a little pressure, release the finger of the tapping button switch, and the motor will rotate according to the tap pitch until the set depth , can realize automatic rotation. If the taps are of different sizes, you need to click the thread selection again, select the corresponding size pitch, and set the required depth for tapping.
Deep hole machining mode: Click the deep hole machining page, click the thread selection, select the thread of the corresponding size of the tap, click the tapping depth, you can adjust the corresponding tapping depth and withdrawal depth according to the hardness or depth of different materials, click Depth setting, set the required depth for tapping, and switch the manual mode to the automatic mode (Note: this function is only implemented in the automatic tapping mode). If the taps are of different sizes, you need to click the thread selection again, select the corresponding size pitch, and set the required depth for tapping.
